The TEETH!

WE HAVE BEEN ASKING DAKOTA TO SHOW US HER TEETH LATELY BECAUSE SHE IS STARTING TO GET HER EYE TEETH, SHE WON'T LET US TOUCH HER MOUTH SO I GUESS AS YOU CAN SEE THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION THAT SHE GIVES US. I DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE GOT THE IDEA FROM BUT SHE LOOKS SO DARN CUTE! MAYBE SHE LOOKS A LITTLE SILLY BUT OH WELL SHE STILL IS ONE HILARIOUS GIRL WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO THINGS.

CRAZY GIRL!

The Treehouse

Kassidee's field trip to the Treehouse on Thursday. I guess that it is a good thing we don't go to The Treehouse but once a year then the kids are always surprised to see what's there. Last year we went there for Makayla's preschool and now we repeated the same adventure for Kassidee. I don't think Kassi left my sight, every time I left for one second to run and grab Dakota she was yelling for me, I of course I would yell and tell her that I was right here. I hope next year when Kindergarten rolls around for her she will learn to let go a little. She's my little home body. I would have to admit she has opened up a little, she has made a friend at school that she talks about continuously her name is Kenlee. She is the sweetest little girl.

The field trip went well. Both Kassi and Dakota had a blast, they were overwhelmed with all the toys and stuff that was there but at the end they weren't quite ready to go. But it was nap time for the little one and lunch was headed our direction. I think almost two hours at a place is long enough.

Kassidee waited patiently for her turn to sit on the fire truck, every time she tried to sit down someone would come a running and sit right down.

Dakota loved to play xylophones but she loved the stick's more, she tried running off with a few of them til she realized they were tied down to the wall. It was quite hilarious.

Kassidee at school, I guess. She wrote her name and was just so excited to write on a chalk board.

Dakota wanting to climb on everthing she saw. She did sit for a second and then moved on to the nexted thing she could climb on.

The girls sat down and had a tea party and pretended to eat cookies. Every time I took a picture Dakota would look at me like, Mom why are you taking all these picture's. There weren't very many smile's that day but I sure think they look cute.

Dakota was really funny on the horse, as soon as she sat down on it she began to bounce up and down like it was really going to start moving. Giddy-up horsey! Giddy-up horsey! I should be a little worried this horse can't see a thing with that hat over his eyes.

This is the first picture that I got of Kassi with a smile on her face. She was so serious all that day. I guess you can say that my girls love horsey. There just like there mom was when she was a little girl.

Oh wait, here's the second smile. Dakota was wondering what she was riding, Kassi thought that it was cool.

The CURTAINS

So since we moved in I have been trying to figure out what I want to use for a window cover for my kitchen and I hadn't been able to find anything that I truly wanted, so I wondered Walmart last Friday and found some material that I really like that had my colors in them. Of course you can see what happened next, I made them. I actually really like them they add alot of character to the Kitchen. ( Clint likes them, too) It took me all day, but I managed. This is what they look like closed.

This is what they look like opened!

Of course, they stay open all the time but I just wanted to show you the full affect. I guess you can say that I'm pretty proud of myself even though if you look really close you can see lots of sowing flaws. It's a good thing you can't see close.
