East Canyon

Today Clint and I decide to try fishing at East Canyon again since the experience there Saturday was not the greatest for me. Makayla was the only one that wanted to go with us. She wanted to take the opportunity to reel in all the fish but of course I had to have my chance and yes Clint had his chances, too. We all had alot of fun until we had to go get the other two kids. The fishing kept on getting better and better.

Makayla and Me enjoying the ice hut the breeze was quite cold today. But as the day went on it got a little warmer where we could go outside.

Clint and Makayla getting ready for the great fishing adventure.

Clint with one of the many fishes we caught.

Makayla with her first fish of the day.

About every few minutes Makayla would say that she was starving even though she had been eating the whole time we were there. It was HILARIOUS!

Lovely picture isn't it!

We had a guy take this picture of us by the end of the day. We had a BLAST!
When we had made it back to the truck we headed home. Makayla fell asleep about 15 minutes later. When we had a arrived home Clint and I asked her if she had a good nap and her reply was " I wasn't sleeping I was just being really quite." Clint and I looked at each other and just started laughing and said "Okay, Makayla what ever you think." This day was a day worth remembering!

My Valentine

Many people might think that this might be cheesy but I love that I get one rose every year since I've know Clint. I have know Clint for a little over 10 years and been married to him for 7 1/2 years. He is my true and ultimate Valentine I truly love him.
Yesterday we got to enjoy the best day together ever. We went ice fishing! We went with our friends Amber and Bryan we had a ball. Even though that I didn't catch one fish I got to spend sometime with my Valentine. After that the fishing date was over Clint went and picked up the kids from Grandma Cindy's. We had dinner with Amber and Bryan, I made ham, potato's, and then Amber brought the salad it all turn out great!

(The songs on my blog are the one's I enjoy the most about love. The first one Hynotize the Moon is one of the songs Clint played for me when we first started dating again after his mission.)

Happy Valentine's!

Clint's Birthday

I don't know who had more fun the girls opening the gift or Clint. It was such a fun day for all of us. Clint got to spend time with his girls which he loves to do and the girls got to spend sometime with there Daddy that evening. I prepared dinner for Clint (Halibut with some Broccolli). Just what he wanted. Then afterwards he got to enjoy the cake I made for him.

The Master Piece Birthday Cake

This is Clint's cake that I made him yesterday for his birthday. I don't think it turned out to bad. I tried to come up with a fisherman's cake but I couldn't find anything to go with it so the next adventure was to create a Hunter's cake. This was the best I could come up with. Clint thought it was one of the coolest cakes he'd ever saw.

Saturday Night

Last night we had just settled down and apparently Kassidee still had a bunch of energy, so she grab Clint's iPhone and started playing some music on it. Then she said to me, "Mom I like this song." Then one thing after another she just started making up these dance moves it was hilarious! I just couldn't stop watching her it was so cute. ( I hope everyone enjoys it as much as Clint and I did) She is definately one good dancer in my eyes.

(When I show up on the camera just ignore me we will get back to Kassidee and it even gets cuter and funnier.)ENJOY!
